APPLICATOR INFORMATION

To apply for the applicator examination online, follow these steps:

1. Submit Your Application: Log in to the SPCB online licensing system and complete your examination application. Pay the $55 fee online.
2. Approval and Handbook: Once approved, you will receive an email with your exam ID and a link to the Candidate Handbook.
3. Schedule Your Exam: Register with PSI Exams online and schedule your exam.

Important Deadlines:

• You have six months from your approval date to take the exam. If you don't, your application and fee will be forfeited
• If you fail or no show, you will need to submit a re-examination application through the SPCB online licensing system and pay the $55 fee. You must wait 15 days from your last scheduled exam date to be eligible again

Licensure:

• If you pass, fill out the Applicator license application using the SPCB online licensing system and pay the $10 fee. You must upload a copy of your completed live scan form in your online application.

To apply for the field representative examination online, follow these steps:

1. Submit Your Exam Application: Log in to the SPCB online licensing system and complete your examination application. Pay the $50 fee.
2. Approval and Handbook: Once approved, you will receive an email with your exam ID and a link to the Candidate Handbook.
3. Schedule Your Exam: Register with PSI Exams online and schedule your exam.

• You have six months from your approval date to take the exam. If you don't, your application and fee will be forfeited.
• If you fail or no show, you will need to submit a re-examination application through the SPCB online licensing system and pay the $50 fee. You must wait 30 days from your last scheduled exam date to be eligible again.

Licensure:

• If you pass, fill out the Field Representative license application using the SPCB online licensing system and pay the $30 fee. You must upload a copy of your completed live scan form and any required training and experience documents in your online application.

OPERATOR INFORMATION

• Pre-operator Approved Providers - Completion of the pre-operator courses must be completed prior to sitting for the exam. Each branch has specific courses and these can be found on the bottom of the 2nd page of the exam application

To apply for the operator examination online, follow these steps:

1. Pre-Operator Courses: Take the required Pre-Operator Courses for the branch(es) you are applying for. These courses must be completed within 3 years before you apply for the exam. You must upload proof of completion in your online exam application.
2. Submit Your Application: Log in to the SPCB online licensing system and complete your examination application. Pay the $65 fee online.
3. Approval and Handbook: Once approved, you will receive an email with your exam ID and a link to the Candidate Handbook.
4. Schedule Your Exam: Register with PSI Exams online and schedule your exam.

Important Deadlines:

• You have six months from your approval date to take the exam. If you don't, your application and fee will be forfeited.
• If you fail, you will need to submit a re-exam application through your SPCB online licensing system. Submit this application with another $65 fee to retake the exam. Note: You must wait 30 days from your last scheduled exam date to be eligible again.

Licensure:

• If you pass, fill out the Operator license application using the SPCB online licensing system and pay the $120 fee. You must upload a copy of your completed live scan form and any required training and experience documents in your online application.
